Why we exist
Cancelling a contract is made needlessly complicated for consumers: hidden addresses, strict wording, no proof that the letter arrived. We think that's wrong, and we built GoCancel to take that friction away.
We do that through partners. Platforms, apps, insurers and comparison sites offer cancellation to their customers, and we deliver every cancellation, registered and with proof.
Our goal is simple: cancelling should be free and effortless for everyone. About 90% of the cancellations our group handles already reach consumers free of charge, and we're working towards 100%. Ideally, one day, services like ours won't be needed at all.

GoCancel is part of the GreenOnline group in Amsterdam, which also runs the consumer platforms opzeggen.nl and opzeggen.be. Everything we know about cancelling comes from delivering cancellations for those platforms every day.
